Paul began his insurance career in 1975 with a large national insurance company focusing on sales and marketing and progressed to ownership of an independent insurance agency in the Midwest. In 1982, Paul and his family, relocated to the Dallas, Texas metroplex where he began his insurance recruiting career. In January 1989, Southwest Selective Search was formed. Paul’s work ethic and reputation for quality service has
allowed him to win numerous local and state awards over the years. Under Paul’s leadership, and the support of many longstanding client companies, the company has maintained consistent growth and strives to provide personal service to each of our clients and candidates. At Southwest Selective Search, we use every resource at our disposal to help meet your hiring needs and achieve your individual career goals.
