* We will honor confidentiality agreements and the anonymity of the client until clearance for disclosure has been granted.

* We will abide by all legislation and provisions related to the insurance industry to include equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.

* We will maintain regular contact with both the client and candidate during the recruitment process. This is to include providing objective feedback in a fair, constructive and appropriate manner.

* We will not withhold any information to affect or influence one’s decision or to jeopardize a candidate’s current position while they evaluate our client’s opportunity. All references on any candidate will be confidential until mutual interest is established pending a formal offer being made and accepted.

Biography

Paul began his insurance career in 1975 with a large national company focusing on sales and marketing. Later, he joined forces as part owner of an all lines independent insurance agency. In 1982, after selling his interest in the agency, Paul and his family relocated to the Dallas, Texas area where he began his insurance recruiting career. In January 1989, he formed Southwest Selective Search, Inc. Paul's work ethic and reputation for quality service have allowed him to win numerous local and state awards over the years. Under Paul's leadership and the support of many longstanding client companies, the company has maintained consistent growth and strives to provide personal service to each of our clients.
